Words Lesson 4.7

The companion app for the English-Russian Dictionary allows users to create flashcards directly from the dictionary. Learn and review new words through exercises. Hold your finger on a word or group and tap "Save cards here" to create flashcards in the dictionary. All cards will appear in the "Word Lesson" app. Click on the word's mastery indicator (three bars on the left) to edit one or multiple words. All words are categorized into 4 levels: Dictionary -> Group -> Subgroup -> "Important Words". This facilitates grouping words by context for easier memorization. Learning occurs through various exercise sets based on the mastery level of each word, distinguishing four levels of foreign language acquisition: 1) Familiarity with the word, creating examples. 2) Understanding the oral and written form of a foreign word and translating it into Russian, without time constraints. (Indicated by the top bar before each word) Exercises: "Find pairs", "Select translation", "Recall translation" 3) Ability to translate a Russian word into a foreign language and pronounce it correctly, without time constraints. (Indicated by the middle bar before each word) Exercises: "Select word", "Enter the word", "Recall the word" 4) Practice and reinforcement of fast translation skills from Russian to a foreign language and vice versa. (Indicated by the bottom bar before each word) Exercises: "Recall translation", "Recall word" Upon successfully completing the exercise set, the percentage of word mastery increases. Conversely, incorrect answers lead to a decrease in mastery percentage. Words with errors are highlighted based on the type of mistake. Pre-installed dictionaries contain approximately 4000 of the most frequently used words, meticulously categorized into groups and subgroups, complete with transcription and examples.
